This is frequently the result of a Holy War. • 2: Find a city holding within that county, or build a new city. • 3: Grant the city to someone (preferably of your dynasty) or, if it's already owned, find the mayor. • 4: Grant the county to that mayor. • 5: Grant the duchy to that mayor. • 6: Go for tax-shifted obligations for even more money! • 7: Profit! • Crusader Kings 2 is a dynastic strategy game by Paradox Studios, and is best experienced through Steam!
