Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! Today we'll be making a fan favorite spinach artichoke dip. This is a copy cat recipe from TGIF - super easy and quick to make. Great for the holidays to distract the guests from peaking into the kitchen to check if the main course is done :) • Ingredients • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 1 package cream cheese, room temp. • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese • 1 teaspoon minced garlic • 1/2 tsp black pepper • Salt to taste • 1 package (8 ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained • 1 can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped • Method: • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the above ingredients. Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature. • 2. Line a baking tray with foil, then grease a shallow baking dish. Add the dip mixture into the baking dish, sprinkling with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the cheese has melted completely and bubbles form. Put it under the broiler to lightly brown the top of the cheese as desired. • 3.
