Thermaltake's Level 20 RS mesh-fronted case (with 200mm fans) has extremely competitive performance sometimes, but is held back from the top of the charts by double mesh. • Sponsor: Buy EVGA's RTX 2060 KO on EVGA store (https://geni.us/p8YW) • Article methodology: https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews... • Additional methodology (standardized / normalized tests):    • Test: Same Fans in Every Case   Noise...   • Find the Thermaltake Lvel 20 RS case on Amazon: https://geni.us/l8kbXt1 • Find the Phanteks P400A case on Amazon: https://geni.us/hV195Xf • Find the Cooler Master H500 on Amazon: https://geni.us/eNNV • Find the Cooler Master H500P Mesh on Amazon: https://geni.us/L5g2a • The Thermaltake Level 20 RS case was revealed at CES 2020 and uses 2x 200mm case fans at the front, plus 1x 120mm at the back. This case is intended to be a Thermaltake airflow case, and at CES, we suggested that the company remove the second layer of mesh at the front of the case. That didn't happen, and now it's time to see how it would have performed if those changes were made. In an interesting twist, the Level 20 RS ends up being simultaneously one of the top-performing cases and one of the worse cases, which you'll see in our thermal benchmarks. Its build quality is also all over the place. Key competitors would include the Phanteks P400A, the Cooler Master H500 blank, and the Cooler Master H500P, making this a tough market for the TT Level 20 RS to compete with. • The best way to support our work is through our store: https://store.gamersnexus.net/ • • Like our content?
