Traffic warden gives ticket to AMBULANCE parked on yellow line

A parking warden, pictured, has sparked outrage after slapping an ambulance with a parking ticket outside a Tesco in north England before rowing with the paramedic. The warden refused to listen to complaints from witnesses that the paramedic was 'on call' and said she could not leave the vehicle on double yellow lines whatever the circumstances.
