Metzker, retired Pennsylvania College of Technology faculty member and 2002 Master Teacher, who was a graduate of the College's forerunner Williamsport Technical Institute. Mr. Metzker who was a member of the graphic communication / printing faculty for more than three decades also provided leadership in the colleges' in house printing department, which gave students the opportunity to assist in the creation of College promotional materials. The interviewer is Dr. Dan Doyle, professor emeritus of history at Penn College.
