Kuvshin is a restaurant with a long history, because it is already 17 years old, and all this time it has been feeding its guests with delicious Caucasian cuisine. The restaurant is located in a beautiful park in the very center of the city. I used to go to this restaurant when I was a student, so I have a special love for it. In the menu you will find dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven or over an open fire. You can also enjoy delicious salads, soups, fish dishes, chicken, and, of course, desserts. Since 2017, this restaurant has received the prestigious Wine Spectator award, as it has the largest collection of wines from the Caucasus. • As I already said, the restaurant is located in a park, so the summer terrace here is especially beautiful and cozy. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere: subdued lighting, beautiful furniture, textiles, huge shelves with wine, and a real stove in the center of the hall. • I came here for lunch and, as always, ordered my favorite khinkali, eggplant rolls, and for dessert, delicious homemade ice cream. In the summer, there is an ice cream festival here, so you can try the most unusual flavors. My lunch was very tasty and filling, and the service, as always, was perfect. The cost of my lunch was 874 hryvnia ($22).
