This item is not sold on Amazon. I purchased from lowes. • As of 08/09 I have not heard from the company concerning my complaint. • 08/13 the company responded to my complaint. I was assigned a staff member to work with me. • the company offered to have the safe returned and replaced with a new one, or to provide me a rebate if I could live with the dent. • 08/14 - 08/20 company requested info from me pertaining to the unit specifically (model # etc) • 08/21 I was informed the case was sent to project manager and either they or my case manager would inform me of rebate. • 09/02 - still haven't heard anything ... ... • 09/20 - still haven't heard anything, I will reach back out by Monday. • 04/28/2021 - company reached out via phone after seeing this review to apologize for the delay. I wasn't able to answer the call but they left a message.
