The Original Manong Fishball Sauce Recipe/ Fishball Sauce Filipino Style/ Legit Manong Fishball Sauce Recipe/ Negosyo Recipe ‪@BestTasteFilipinoKitchen‬ • Ingredients • 1-1/4 cup brown sugar/ asukal negro • 1 liter water • pinch of salt (adjust according to your taste) • pinch of Ginisa Seasoning mix (adjust accordingly) • Slurry • 2 Tbsp flour • 2 Tbsp corn starch • 4 Tbsp water • Procedure • 1. Add 1 liter of water in a sauce pan. • 2. Add a pinch of salt and Ginisa mix. • 3. Stir until dissolved completely. • 4. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. • 5. Add the slurry (combine flour, corn starch and water). • 6. Mix until free from lumps and desired thickness is achieved. • 7. Transfer in a bowl or container. • 8. Fry the fishballs, squid balls and orlians or kikiam. • 9.
