We maximised The width of the garden and the 30 m² building control rule with this 7 x 4.2m combination room. With the garden store to the front left, the shower room with toilet and basin behind, with the main room housing a lounge, office and kitchenette plus a dining room table. • Completed with no timber externally, giving extremely low maintenance and our 10 year full guarantee, this building has a 50 year life expectancy and is finished in our standard anthracite colour with matching UPVC doors and windows.
