I removed the backbone of the chicken for more even cooking. • To see how to spatchcock a chicken, please click this link. • Sweet Chili-Ginger Chicken | Sweet Ch... • • INGREDIENTS: • 2 lbs Whole Chicken (SPATCHCOCKED for faster and more even cooking) • 3 1/2 tsps Lawry's seasoned salt • 2 tsps paprika • 1/2 - 1 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp ginger powder • 2 1/2 tsps garlic powder • 1 tbsp olive oil • 3/4 cup honey • 3 tbsps soy sauce • 2 tbsps lemon juice • 2 tbsps unsalted butter • 4 - 6 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsps brown sugar • Browning or Fancy molasses as desired • 1. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes and then • 2. Bake at 375F for 55 minutes ideally while basting the chicken every 10 - 15 minutes
