If your Buds Live are not working and you've tried all the fixes online with resetting cache, or resetting the buds, but they are still not working with only one side of the earphones working I recommend watching this video. This works for the Samsung galaxy buds Earbuds and will help you fix the Low Volume issue • The main reason this might be happening is because of wax build up on one of the sides. By all means this is not a long term fix but hopefully it can extend the life of them by longer. • Yes, the Galaxy Buds Live as any other earphone should be cleaned regularly, however, it shouldn't be the case that they stop working due to wax build up. I believe what's happening is that the wax is making the Buds Live sensor get blocked so it will make only a bit of sound come through the earphone. • To Help you fix the Samsung Galaxy Buds, low volume and disconnected bud issue, or the buds live one side not working make sure to check the below on how to fix the ear buds low volume. • ** ATTENTION** Another fix is to poke the little holes with a needle on the grill.
