Same questions over and over again, so I'll answer them here. If you ask one of these questions and I don't answer you, it's because you didn't read this! :-) • Q: What's the range of the TX/RX? • A: Beyond your line of sight. 1-2 miles, at least. I have flown it FPV and gotten out over a mile before glitching. If you're flying normally, you can fly it until it's a speck in the sky. :EDIT: I would not use this TX for FPV flight. 2.4GHz TX/RX typically work poorly in FPV setups. • Q: Can you program this with elevons? • A: Yes. I have made a video tutorial on how to do it. it requires all three mixes, IIRC. Check my videos. • Q: Can you use it as a trainer/buddy box setup? • A: There is a buddy box port on the back and I've heard rumors that it can be done, but I have never tried it so I don't know for sure. From what I've read, it's not natively supported, but you can make it happen. • Q: Is the left up/down stick supposed to feel loose or not return to center? • A: Yes. Left up/down stick is for your throttle. While the desire to have some stickiness and clicking on the stick is a personal preference, few would want the throttle to return to center during flight. Especially if you're at idle or zero thrust. Returning to center/mid-stick is half-power. :-) • This is my review of the wonderful Fly Sky 6ch 2.4 GHz TX/RX combo for sale at HobbyPartz.com. As of this posting, the kit was $32 and the RX-only was $9. Free shipping. • I highly recommend this TX/RX as the video will demonstrate. • Tx/RX: http://www.hobbypartz.com/79p-ct6b-r6... • RX: http://www.hobbypartz.com/79p-r6b-rec... • My T6Config tutorial: • Part 1: • Part 1: T6Config Tutorial for RC Airp... • Part 2: • Part 2: T6Config Tutorial for RC Airp... • I have 30+ videos up of me flying my Hawk Sky and Wild Hawk with this TX and RX. Check out my videos!!!
