Take a wire #2, and check to see what has continuity with the #2 wire by checking the other leads. There will be 1 lead that has continuity. We know this is a WYE because there is continuity between 7, 8, 9 leads. If we end up with 3 combinations of 3, we know the motor is a Delta configuration that will change on our high and low voltage connection.
