The Sumo Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift starts in a standing position with feet wider than shoulder width, and a kettlebell held in both hands at the waist. Hinge at your hips, extending your bottom backwards, until the kettlebell reaches the floor. Then squeeze your glutes and return the the standing position.
