Corn dogs • Ingredients: • 20 mini hot dogs; • 10 pretzels; • ½ cup corn flour; • ½ all-purpose flour; • 2 tbsp sugar; • 2 tsp baking powder; • a pinch of salt; • 1 egg; • 2/3 cup milk; • vegetable oil for deep frying; • ketchup, mayonnaise, balsamic glaze for décor. • Instructions • Make a corn dog batter by whisking both types of flour with sugar, baking powder and a generous pinch of salt. Add an egg and pour milk. Mix until smooth. • Dredge each hot dog in flour, put a skewer in and dip into the corn batter. Let the excess drip off. • Heat vegetable oil to 180C/350F. Fry corn dogs for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove onto a paper towels. • Break pretzels in half to make deer horns as shown on the video. • http://youmedia.fanpage.it/video/an/W...
