Since 1996, Marie and Gustav have been organic farmers in Skåne where they have been raising cattle, pigs and hens in a culturally traditional setting. From the cow’s milk they make their own Halloumi cheese called “Fjälloumi” and the restaurant’s dishes are carefully made from the ingredients their garden has to offer.
