when a body is in motion or at rest then body tends to follow law of inertia and it tends to maintain its position untill and unless an external force does not act on it. The body or system which has constant velocity and zero acceleration called inertial frame of reference. When an external force acts the body goes into accelerated motion and due to this the body feels a force opposite to the applied force on it and this force is called pseudo force. The accelerated body or system is non-inertial frame of reference. the pseudo force acts feels on a body which are in non-inertial frame.
