A recent World Bank Report ranks Rwanda as one of the fastest growing economies in Africa and the 12th in the world. In a bid to address its growing energy needs, the country is now embarking on Solar energy to cut on the huge costs of power importation from neighboring countries like Uganda and Kenya.
