We're using between 15 and 20 lbs. • ► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels! • ► INSTRUCTIONS: • It looks like this: • ✔️ 2 Circuits (Strength + Cardio) • ✔️ 6 Moves Per Circuit • ✔️ Timed Intervals (40/10 for the strength exercises and 30/10 for the cardio exercises) • ✔️ Repeating Each Exercise x 2 Sets Back-to-Back • ► Workout Outline: • 1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE - Single Dumbbell STRENGTH • 1.
