🍡 Hanami dango ( #花見団子 ) ou Sanshoku dango ( #三色団子 ) é o famoso bolinho japonês do anime Naruto • HANAMI (花見) significa ver as flores das cerejeiras (sakura) e DANGO (団子) significa bolinho de farinha de arroz. Durante a época de primavera é costume dos japoneses saírem para fazer piquenique sob as árvores de sakura e comer muitas delícias como o hanami dango 🍡🍱🍙 • Esse bolinho também é chamado de Sanshoku dango (SANSHOKU significa três cores) • • Ingredientes: • 120g de farinha de arroz comum (mas se for de arroz glutinoso é melhor ainda) • 105g de tofu do tipo macio e aveludado • 6 colheres chá de açúcar • Corante vermelho em pó • Corante verde em pó + 1 colher (chá) de chá verde solúvel • 🐈⬛ PULO DO GATO (DICA): Ao invés de chá verde solúvel e corante para fazer o dango verde, use 1 colher (chá) de 💚MATCHA 抹茶 (fica mais saúdavel e nem precisa de corante) • • ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ • • 🍡 Hanami dango ( #花見団子 ) or Sanshoku dango ( #三色団子 ) is the famous Japanese dumpling from the anime Naruto • HANAMI (花見) means seeing cherry blossoms (sakura) and DANGO (団子) means rice flour dumpling.
