Learn to create Users and Groups in Linux CentOS 8. To create the users in Linux, we use the command useradd or adduser. To create the groups in Linux, we can use the command groupadd. We can allocate the groups to users using usermod command. If you want to set passwords for the users, you can use passwd command. To delete the users, we use userdel command and to delete the groups in Linux, we use groupdel command. You can switch between the users using su command.
