Lifting Dividing Campanulas, or indeed any perennials. Spring is the perfect time in the gardening calendar to lift, divide and move perennials if you’re not happy where they are at the moment. I show you how I do this. Plants are so resilient, they really won’t mind, as long as you give them some slow release fertiliser in their new home and plenty of water for the first week.
