In this video we learn how to make the Roulé à La Confiture (more commonly known as Swiss roll or jam roll). The cake consists of a layer of homemade sponge which is spread with any jam of your choice. It is then rolled, sliced and served. • In this recipe we use raspberry jam but you can choose any spread you like - so get creative! Once the cake is sliced, the beautiful red layer of jam is revealed. It's a delicious and very addictive treat.
