It is thought that affects to topoisomerase and result to induce mitosis inhibition. • Left • HeLa is cultured in 10%FBS_DMEM without doxorubicin. • It shows normally mitosis. • Right • Hela is cultured in 10%FBS_DMEM with 1.0[uM]doxorubicin. • Mitosis is suppressed by doxorubicin and induced cell death.
