Bruns nystagmus

Brun's nystagmus is direction changing nystagmus in patients with CPA tumors. There's no spontaneous nystagmus, but looking to the ipsilesional side there's large amplitude low frequency nystagmus due to gaze impairment, but when looking to the contralesional side there's small amplitude high frequency nystagmus because of vestibular imbalance.
