Cover and • refrigerate overnight. • Place carrots, potatoes, and onions in the Inner Pot; • add broth and roast. Turn dial to Slow Cook and adjust • Timer to 9 hours. Cover with the Glass Lid and press • Start. Cook until a thermometer is inserted in center of • meat reads 145°F, and vegetables are tender. Transfer • roast and vegetables to a serving platter; tent with foil. • Mix flour and water in a small bowl until smooth; stir • into the cooking liquid in the Inner Pot. Turn dial to • Sauté and adjust Temperature to 300°F. Press Timer • and adjust to 3 minutes. Press Start. Bring cooking • liquid to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about • 2 minutes. If desired, add browning sauce. • Serve roast with gravy and vegetables.
