I believe this fix is old and if you are having any issues try: uninstall Synapse with Revo Uninstaller (and make sure SDK drivers are done as well), install latest Synapse app/drivers, restart again, and test OW and Razer Synapse to see if problem is fixed. My issue was the Razer Chroma Core SDK Components version not being compatible with Overwatch, so by using an older version fixed it. I've even tried fresh installing Windows 10 to fix the issue and this is what worked for me. Hope this fixes your issues as well ! • P.S.: This WILL also work for the razer audio visualizer if there are any bugs with that (such as repetitive flickering w/o any sound).
