Gilson’s EZ-Clamp system effortlessly slides up or down with no cumbersome knobs to work with. • To secure the sieve stack, simply push the release button, slide the clamp assembly down to the sieves, release the button, and twist to tighten. And to release, simply push the button and lift. • And the digital timer features a large LED display, and a mid-cycle pause function.
