Wrestling Bios Presents - The Career of The Steiner Brothers: 1992 - 1998 • In late 1992, Rick and Scott Steiner had left WCW and were getting ready to join the WWE / WWF. The Steiner Brothers had been very popular in World Championship Wrestling, becoming cornerstones for the wrestling promotion between 1988 and 1992, however it was time for Rick and Scott to move on and try to find success in the World Wrestling Federation. The Steiners had no problems getting work in the WWF, as both Bruce Prichard and Pat Patterson were fans of The Steiners, Scott inparticular. • The Steiners went on to become WWF Tag Team Champions in the World Wrestling Federation and had some incredible matches against the likes of Money Inc, The Headshrinkers, The Hart Brothers, The Heavenly Bodies and others. Whats more, the brother's maintained their fanbase at the crowd continued to cheer for The Steiner Brothers. • After a short but succesful WWE run, The Steiners found themselves back in NJPW, getting some work with Paul Heyman in ECW, and also The Steiner Brothers returned to WCW. It was during this final WCW stint that The Steiners broke up as Scott Steiner joined the nWo and eventually became Big Poppa Pump . Before this though, the Steiners had some good matches with the likes of Harlem Heat and The Outsiders. • In this mini documentary from Wrestling Bios, we look at The Steiner Brothers from 1992 to 1998.
