Lean forward with the torso, one arm fixed in close pull, elbow close to the body and back. • Execution of the Exercise • While maintaining the starting position, extend the forearm backwards and then return to flexion. • Tips: Duration / Repetitions • 3 sets of 15 repetitions on each side, with a 15-second rest between each set. • Breathing Instructions • Exhale during the extension of the forearm and inhale during its flexion. • Safety Instructions • Keep your back flat, knees soft, and chin tucked in.
