Kobis Sambharo (Stir fried cabbage) • Kobis Sambharo is a Gujarati stir fry dish. Cooked on high heat, fried with green chilies, mustard seed and shredded cabbage. It is a side dish to accompany chapatis/rice/porridge • • Recipe : Kobis Sambharo for TM6 • • 1 large chilli (seeded) • 20g oil • Asafoetida (a pinch) • 1/2 tsp mustard powder • 200g shredded Cabbage • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • 1/2 tsp salt • • Preparation: • 1. Place green chilli in mixing bowl. Cover with lid and measuring cup. • 2.Chop: 3 second/ speed 7. • 3. Scrape chopped chilli down the mixing bowl sides. • 4.Apply high temperature capsicum recipe to cook. • 5. Add oil, pinch of asafoetida, mustard • • powder, cabbage and turmeric powder. • 6. Cook: High temp/ 4 minutes. • 7. Add salt and stir with spatula. • 8. Transfer to a bowl. • 9.
