3 lbs. pig ears (about 8 ears) • optional handful kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass • 1 whole head of garlic • 2 handful Napa cabbage • • 1 stalk of fresh leek • fresh chili peppers optional • 1 packet of Lobo's Nam Powder Seasoning Mix https://images.app.goo.gl/K5yoYxyTAqM... • 4 cups warm water • 1 tsp. sugar • 1 1/2 Tbps. MSG Optional (it really makes a big difference with it though)
