It’s a perfect pair for beer! • =================== • Ramyunttang • [Ingredients] • 1 pack of ramyun • Ramyun seasoning • 3 tbsp (48g) mayonnaise • 2 tbsp (24g) brown sugar • [Directions] • 1. Put the ramyun on a plate and evenly squeeze mayonnaise on top. • 2. Use a spatula or spoon to spread the mayonnaise thoroughly on all sides. • 3. Use a spoon to sprinkle brown sugar on top of mayonnaise. • 4. Flip over and spread mayonnaise and brown sugar on the other side. • 5. Put the ramyun on a microwave-safe plate and cook for about 2 min 20 sec. • • Tip: Adjust time between 2 – 3 minutes depending on the type of microwave. • • Tip: Flip once in the middle to make sure both sides are brown since the bottom part of ramyun turns brown more easily. • 6. Remove the ramyunttang from the microwave and sprinkle ramyun seasoning on both sides. • 7. Let it cool and break into smaller pieces to eat.
