Why are there only 435 members in the House of Representatives? How does that affect the Electoral College? Should there be more representatives in the House so everyone gets a greater say in their government? Is so, how many Representatives should be added, and how would that number be determined. The answers to most of these questions falls under a simply formula called The Wyoming Rule, which effects all of the states. In this video we examine this concept and it potential results. • YourGovNonPart on Facebook: / yourgovnonpart • If you don't have a YouTube account so you can't subscribe, or a Facebook page so you can't subscribe that way, you can still get updated every time we post a new video with a Text message to your mobile phone.
