How To Transfer A Call With A Yealink Phone

This video will show you the 3 ways you can effectively transfer a call using a Yealink phone on a 3CX PBX: • 1) Attended Transfer - Notifying the person you are transferring the call before the call is transferred. • 2) Blind Transfer - Transferring a call without notifying the receiving party that the call is being transferred. • 3) Transfer to Voicemail - Bypassing the extension and transferring a call directly to an extension's voicemail. • While on an active call the button on the bottom left of the screen will turn into a transfer key. Selecting this key will allow you to initiate the transfer. • A bar will appear on the top of the screen that allows you to enter an extension number or external number. • If you have BLF keys on your phone, you can use these keys instead of inputting extension numbers. • 1. Attended Transfer: • An attended transfer allows you to call the individual first to announce the call. • To initiate an attended transfer: • First dial the phone number or extension number that you want to transfer the call to. • Hit Send and the system will call the number. • While on the second call, hit the transfer button again, and the call will be sent over and end on your side. • 2. Blind Transfer: • A blind transfer allows you to send the call without pre notifying the person you're sending it to. • Enter the number and hit B transfer on the left hand side. • The call will be transferred over without you being able to announce the call. • 3.
