Need a WiFi or Bluetooth enabled device that will turn a regular old garden hose faucet into an automated irrigation zone? We first tried B-Hyve which was very difficult to setup, but once done, worked flawlessly and there are NO MECHANICAL ISSUES. Unfortunately we couldn't find another and we are not sure if they are no longer making them, so we ordered Irrigold Smart Water Timer from Amazon. It had good reviews and was the same price as the B-Hyve. • Here's an unboxing and setup video that shows the good, the bad and the ugly of this device. While it looks great and the app was very easy to understand and use, there were some critical physical things that make us doubt this product. Watch to the end to see what happens! • It's being used in our greenhouse for orchids, tropicals, subtropical, houseplants, etc. Can also be used to control a sprinkler, drip line and many other irrigation components. • Please like and subscribe so I can grow and bring more videos… • UPDATE: Even though our system only runs when scheduled, the app still is giving us notifications that the device valve has been going on/off even during the times it's not schedule. However, upon inspection, nothing is happening with the valve. It's a flaw in the app that gives ghost updates. It works when expected, only on the programed times.
