This little self-suspension routine only requires 2 singles column ties. You are never fully suspended, you can always stand up to rest/untie, which is great if you are not confident in your suspension skills or not ready for a full suspension. • When doing rope (even for aesthetic reasons), it is important to follow several safety guidelines to ensure your well-being. Here are a few key guidelines to keep in mind: • 1. Rope Quality: Use high-quality, soft and smooth rope that is specifically designed for bondage. Avoid using any rope that is frayed, damaged, or has rough edges. • 2. Avoid Pressure Points: Be mindful of the body's pressure points and avoid tying rope in a way that could restrict blood flow or cause nerve damage. Do not tie to tight, or too loose. • 3. Keep Scissors Close: Always have a pair of scissors within reach in case of emergency. • 4. Have a spotter : Ask a qualified rigger or self-suspender to spot you. • 5. Know Your Own Limitations: Practice within your own skill level and never attempt to do something that you are not comfortable with. • 6. Seek Professional Training: If you are new to self-tie, it's a good idea to seek professional training from an experienced rigger before attempting any advanced techniques. • Tie safely ! • Find me on Instagram : • / yisi_selfties • Tutorials and more:https://yisiselfties.podia.com/ • Music: https://www.epidemicsound.com/track/M...
