How to FIT Foam back into IKEA POANG Chairs Seat Covers after cleaning

I bought a second hand poang chair which was in USED and STAINED condition. I cleaned and bleached it (properly) and now it looks LIKE NEW! but the second major issue it PUTTING BACK the darn thing into the covers! I hope this video has helped you out. • Cleaning tips: • Soak in Oxiclean overnight! • Obviously, please do NOT do this for your leather, this is ONLY for fabric versions. Also I personally had the white version so I cannot guarantee that it will work for the colored version but supposedly it should. DO A COLORTEST first! • First vacuum/brush off any large particles/hairs/dust. Use OXYGEN (bolded) bleach powder, like Oxiclean. do NOT , do NOT use CHLORINE BLEACH like Clorox. Fill your empty bathtub with hot water from the tap (not boiling), and use about 2-3 scoops of powder (look at your instructions and use the proper amount), i used 2. take the cover off from the foam, and do this slowly, be careufl not to rip the foam. Tip, is to grab the end corners of the foam, fold the foam inside first and then itlll come out easier. thoroughly soak the covers in the tub for 24-48 hrs. In between check in once in a while and turn it around so all areas are covered. if there are any extra tough stains, It WILL eventually come off, just let it sit longer. OXYGEN bleach will not damage fabrics, but CHLORINE will, so dont use that. once that is one, dump it in your washer with water rinse only and extra rinse to make sure it is well rinsed. Once done , put it outside to dry in the sun (which will further naturally kill any left bacteria and brighten it).
