Normal Female Pelvic Ultrasound | Normal Uterus Ovary • Uterus: Elongated bulky in size and anteverted in position. Measuring 11.56 x 3.6 x 6.18 cm • Endometrium: Is normal in thickness (6.9 mm.) with mild collection within the endometrial cavity and also noted at the lower uterine cervical canal. • No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium • Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. • Right Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 2.1 cc. • Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity.
