In real life he had nine children from three different mothers. • These are Michael Landon's partners. • Michael Landon's first wife was Dodie Levy-Fraser, whom he married in 1956 shortly before he became famous. She had already been married once and had one son Landon adopted Dodie's son Mark, before they adopted a second son, Josh, together. The marriage failed three years after Michael Landon's big break when he starred in 'Bonanza' and the couple filed for divorce. • Landon got married again in 1963 to Marjorie Lynn Noe She also had a child from a former marriage, a daughter, whom Michael Landon did not adopt, as her biological father did not want him to. Michael and Marjorie had four children of their own. Their marriage lasted for nineteen years, but they filed for divorce in 1982. Lynn Noe was devastated by the failure of their marriage and founded the self-help group 'LADIES'. 'LADIES' is an acronym and stands for 'Life After Divorce Is Eventually Sane'. • Michael Landon met his third wife on set whilst filming 'Little House on the Prairie'. Cindy Clerico worked as a make-up artist on set and Michael Landon was captivated by her. Just one year after he divorced Lynn Noe, Michael Landon married Cindy. They had two children and remained a couple until Landon's death in 1991.
