It is very easy to assemble a handle and clean water tank. The performance was very good! On the white rug you can clearly see the color change, which is incredible from such a lightweight carpet cleaner. The brush roll makes good contact with this very low pile carpet, and are nice and stiff. You can see at the end of the video when we flip over the rug that the Hoover was able to clean the pet urine from underneath the carpet. If you're in need of a cheap carpet cleaner this one is about a hundred dollars and some change.
