Here's the recipe: • SIX FOOT SEVEN FOOT EIGHT FOOT BUNCH • 1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum • ½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice • ½ oz. (15ml) Orgeat Syrup • ½ oz. (15ml) Pineapple Liqueur • ¼ oz. (7ml) Herbal Liqueur • ¼ oz. (7ml) Allspice Dram • Soda Water • Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel, Star Anise (soaked in lemon extract), Cinnamon • PREPARATION • 1. In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients minus soda water and shake well. • 2. Strain mix into a glass with ice. Soak star anise in lemon extract. • 3. Rest a dehydrated lime wheel on top and place the star anise on top. • 4. Light the star anise and sprinkle cinnamon.
