This video is to show the need for electrode maintenance and the effect it can have on your work if it is done regularly. Making small welds relative to this machine requires a sharp electrode. It can also use a 0.5mm electrode. That may improve consistency when using lowest energy on the machine. The resulting welds were strong smooth. Additional welds can be used to further smooth the first weld.
