Unbelievable wash stand upcycle with resin and paint

This wash stand was such a fun and unique project and it's always nice to change things up and do something out of the ordinary. I'd never seen one before and it wasn't in great shape when I got it. The bowl is my favorite part! • I used the sweet dreaming transfer from Re·design with Prima applying in the bowl shape was a challenge, but go slow and it's absolutely possible. The center of the bowl is where the pieces all seamed together so it had to be done right. I sealed the bowl in amazing clear cast plus resin from Alumilite Corporation so It can still be used to hold water. I pulled my color inspiration from the blues in the transfer and used Wise Owl Paint in graphic slate and river rock for this seamless blend, along with raspberry beret for a pop of color on the underside of the bowl. All was sealed in wise owl matte varnish using my paint sprayer.
