Dauphiné ravioli • Here is the recipe in detail: • For 4 people • TOTAL TIME: 55 mins • Preparation: 10 mins • Cooking time: 45 mins • Ingredients : • 12 Plates of ravioli from Dauphiné • 700 g Zucchini • 60 cl Whole whipping cream • nutmeg • 125 g grated Gruyere • Salt • Pepper • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C. • Wash and cut the ends of the zucchini. • Step 2: Slice them thinly using a mandolin. • In a gratin dish, place a layer of zucchini slices. • Step 3: Place 3 plates of ravioli on top. • Pour in 15 cl of whipping cream, salt, pepper and grate a little nutmeg. • Step 4: Perform the operation 4 times in total.
