Recorded on September 1, 2018. This is a monthly warning siren test of the Cherokee County Tornado Siren System. This siren is tested at the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. ET. It appears that Cherokee County is now testing their sirens in full 3 minute alert test instead of 30 seconds on monthly tests. This siren replaced a Sentry 10V a few years ago. The wrecked car shown at the ending of this video is for firefighting practice.
