I think also problems like bird flu tend to show up pictures of turkey farms or suddenly see the fact that poultry farms are these kind of scary mass producing poultry situations and that frightens people, but turkey farms have always been like that and I think in terms of poultry, turkeys are produced in slightly less numbers, but of course you have to remember that there may have been bird flu, there may have been various food scares, but if turkey is on the shelf, the UK has very stringent health and safety regulations it's going to be fine, so that shouldn't put you off. • 16. We go for the bronze turkeys which are very succulent, we've also got full instructions with the bird to cook it correctly, that's the main thing.
