U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Combat Marksmanship Coaches Reserve (CMCR) conducted the new Annual Rifle Qualification (ARQ) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, from Sept. 21-25, 2021. The CMCR students are the first to qualify as Combat Marksmanship Coaches under the new ARQ, which will soon be implemented across the Marine Corps Total Force.
