Comfy rooms that are a “good size” for NYC • 2. NOT “old and historic” • 3. Rooms are well designed - nice design details like the shower • 4. A nice lobby experience • 5. Terrace food and beverage service • 6. On site gym is nice • 7. Free bike rentals • 8. Service is excellent and not stuffy. It’s personable! • 9. Daily room cleaning and maid service is available (unlike other properties) • 10. LOTS of elevators • • Things not to love • 1. Outdoor terrace is NOT open in the winter • 2. Perk for free bike rentals not really relevant in the winter • 3.
