COROMANDEL INTERNATIONAL EIDPARRY INDIA EID Parry further pares stake in Coromandel

On December 29th, ET NOW had reported that EID Parry was looking to trim it’s stake further in Coromandel International. Sources had indicated that the stake sale would happen via the block deal route and that ~2% stake would change hands. Along expected lines, around 6.51 million equity shares, close to 2.2% of total equity of Coromandel International, changed hands via block deal on the BSE at open. EID parry has earlier as well in June 2020, pared close to 2% stake in Coromandel with the intention of reducing it’s debt burden.
